Answer Live Chat Inquiries: For Moffice CRM users, answer Live Chat inquiries from customers just like any other chat and view Live Chat history in the Moffice CRM Help Desk menu Whispers: For instantaneous, urgent notices, send Whispers as a pop-up notification to any number of people. Connected to Moffice Collaboration, you can view the number of people who viewed the Whisper and at what time File Attachments: Send photos, videos, handwritten notes, or audio recordings from your phone and attach them to chats or Whispers!
